I spent so much time trying to figure out how to color this and in the end I don't really like it but uhhh I did want to go with a predominantly red color scheme. So at least I succeeded in that!

When I saw your artwork for "Doodles for the soul", I wanted to see if there was one that had a certain motif in mind. And I think this one personifies it. The motif I wanted to see if you had done it was basically keeping a creative self hidden. You've probably experienced this at some point, if not then I apologize for the presumption, but the sensation I was thinking of is where you feel like you have to keep your creativity hidden. That you have to put on a mask in order to move about in this dull and gray world and yet when you let the creativity out to certain people they don't get it. A true case of pearls before swine, wouldn't you say?
